HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

Is the item not quite what you expected? Too bad! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can download our return form under the heading 'return policy'. You must send this fully completed with your return shipment. After preparing your return shipment, you can send it back with the supplier of your choice, and we will process your return as soon as we have received it. NB: Return costs are at your own expense.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

Would you prefer a different size or color? Of course you can! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the return conditions. Download our return form and clearly indicate which item you want to exchange for which size and/or color you would like to receive it. When we receive your return shipment, a new order will be created for you immediately. If the item is in stock, it will be packed and shipped immediately. If it is not in stock, the exchange will be placed on the backorder. As soon as the item is back in stock, the exchange will be sent to you as soon as possible. NB: Return costs are at your own expense.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

Our regular return period is 14 days after receiving the order. Did you order an item from our sale? Then the return period is 7 days after receiving the order.

HOW DOES MY REFUND WORK?

You will receive your purchase amount back in the same way as the payment. Returns are processed within 7 working days after arrival at our company. At that time, you will receive an email with a credit note and at the same time the money will be put back into our payment system. The money will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after receipt of the credit note. Unfortunately, it is administratively impossible for us to inform everyone when we have received their return shipment, but you can also check this yourself via the track & trace code you received. If it has been more than 7 working days since the package arrived at our company, please email our customer service at info@myteddie.nl with a photo of the proof of shipment of the return shipment and the order number.

Exceptions – Personalized Items

Please note that personalized products such as items with names or initials are custom made especially for you. These products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery. Therefore, always check your order carefully before confirming it.
